Bihar Biada Recruitment 2026 : Education Qualification

Executive Director-Industrial Development :-

  • On Govt deputation/ Retired from Govt service, the rank should not be less than joint secretary level to the Govt of Biahr either from Indian Administration Service (IAS) or Bihar Administrative Service (BAS).
  • MBA Degree in any stream with 12 years of experience in which 6 years should be relevant industrial experience.

Executive Director-Operations :-

  • On Govt deputation/ Retired from Govt service, the rank should not be less than joint secretary level to the Govt of Biahr either from Indian Administration Service (IAS) or Bihar Administrative Service (BAS).
  • MBA Degree in any stream with 12 years of experience in which 6 years should be relevant industrial experience.

Executive Director-INvestment Promotion :-

  • On Govt deputation/ Retired from Govt service, the rank should not be less than joint secretary level to the Govt of Biahr either from Indian Administration Service (IAS) or Bihar Administrative Service (BAS).
  • MBA Degree in any stream with 12 years of experience in which 6 years should be relevant industrial experience.




Deputy General Manager (DGM)- Technical :-

  • B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering with 9 years experience in which 4 years should be in Industrial experience or relevant Industrial experience.

Deputy General Manger (DGM)-Industrial Development :-

  • MBA/B.Tech in any stream with 9 years experience in which 4 years should be in Industrial experience or relevant Industrial experience.

Manager Legal :-

  • LLB (Bachelor of Law) with 6 years experience in which 2 years should be in Industrial experience or relevant Industrical experience.

Manager Technical (Civil) :-

  • B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering with 6 years experience in which 2 years should be in Industrial experience or relevant Industrial experience.

Manager Technical (Electrical) :-

  • B.Tech/BE in Electrical Engineering with 6 years experience in which 2 years should be in Industrial experience or relevant Industrial experience.




Junior Engineer (Civil) :-

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering with 4 years relevant experience.

Junior Engineer (Electrical) :-
