TMC Muzaffarpur Recruitment 2025 : Education Qualification

Nurse :-

General Nursing & Midwifery plus Diploma in Oncology Nursing with 01 year clinical experience in a 50 bedded hospital.
OR
Basic or Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with 01-year clinical experience in minimum 50 bedded hospital.
Clinical experience before post Basic B.Sc. shall also be considered.
Candidates who have done Diploma in Nursing Oncology in TMC and served the entire bond period will be given relaxation in age by 5 years.
Candidates should be eligible to register with Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council. Hepatitis ‘B’ Vaccination to be completed. General Nursing & Midwifery & Basic or Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) should be recognized by Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council.

Pharmacist :-

Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution and registered as pharmacist under the Pharmacist Act and Two years experience as pharmacist in any recognized hospital or pharmacy after registration as pharmacist under the Pharmacy act 1948.
OR
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from a recognized institution and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy act 1948 and one year experience as pharmacist in any recognized hospital or pharmacy after registration as pharmacist under the Pharmacy act 1948.
Experience of working on computerized system desirable.
Candidate should be prepared to work in shift duties, including night shift.

Clerk :-

Graduate from a recognized University with Computer Course of minimum 3 months duration in Microsoft Office. Candidates with Diploma or Degree in Computer or Information Technology are exempted from 3 months computer course.
Candidates should have minimum 01-year clerical work experience

Technician (MGPS) :-

10TH Std. Plus ITI (Mechanical) 02 years’ full time course from Govt.
recognized Institute with 3 years’ experience after ITI OR 02 years’ experience after ITI Plus NCTVT in Mechanical Maintenance works in Industry / Commercial establishment / Hospitals

Technician (Biomedical) :-

Diploma in Medical Electronics/ Biomedical. 1 Year experience of Maintenance and Operations of Medical Equipment’s in hospital is essential, preferably in Cancer Hospital.

Store In-Charge :-

Graduation with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Material Management from a reputed Institution with 05 years’ experience in purchase & stores department of import of chemicals, laboratory and hospital equipment, purchase of drugs, surgical items, kits, reagents, etc. S/he should be well versed with customs clearance formalities, Purchase Information Systems and modern methods of Material Management

Assistant Fire and Safety Officer :-

Candidate should have passed ‘Sub Officer’ course from National Fire Service College, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.
He should have worked as a Fire officer/Fire Marshal/Fire Supervisor in any large Organization/Hospital/Hotel Industry. Preference will be given to the experienced candidate.

Project Admin In-Charge :-

Graduate from a recognized University with atleast 06 years’ experience in relevant field.
OR
Degree or Diploma in personnel Management/ Human Resource Management/ Healthcare Management from a reputed Institution with atleast 05 years.
Experience in Administration / Establishment matters / Recruitment etc

Technician (Mechanical) :-

10TH Std. plus ITI (Mechanical) 02 years’ full time course from Government recognized Institute with 3 years’ experience after ITI OR 02 years’ experience after ITI Plus NCTVT in Mechanical Maintenance works in Industry/ Commercial establishment / Hospitals.

Foreman (Electrical) :-

SSC plus ITI (Electrical) 02 years full time course from Govt.
recognized Institute with 08 years post qualification experience OR ITI plus NCTVT with 07 years experience OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 03 years post qualification experience. Candidate shall have working experience in Electrical maintenance works Industrial/Commercial / Hospital Organizations. ITI or NCTVT candidates shall have minimum 03 years’ experience as a Supervisor/Foreman category

Fireman :-

12th (10+2) Std. pass or equivalent
Should have completed 06 months Fire training from any State Fire Service Academy run by State Government/ Diploma in Fire & Safety recognized by Technical Education Board or State Government. Should have 01 year work experience in any Industry / Hospital / Hotel.
Physical Standard:
Height: 165 cms
Chest: Unexpanded 80 cms, Expanded 85 cms
Should possess valid driving license for LMV and Two wheelers
