- FAMILY WELFARE EXTENSION EDUCATOR :-Master Degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Social Work, Social Psychology, Social Anthropology, Cultural Anthropology, etc. from a recognized University.
- COMPUTOR :- Degree from a recognized University with Mathematics/Statistics as one of the subjects.
- RADIOGRAPHER :-
- 12th class pass with Science from a recognized board;
- Certificate or Diploma in Radiography. (Two year Duration) from a recognized institution.
- X-RAY ASSISTANT :-
- (a) 12th class pass with Science from a recognized board;
- (b) Certificate or Diploma in Radiography. (Two year Duration) from a recognized institute.
- ECG TECHNICIAN :-Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board with experience of handling E.C.G. Machine for one year
- MEDICAL LAB TECHNOLOGIST :-Bachelor degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a Government recognized university or Institute and two years’ experience in Medical Laboratory Technologist or Laboratory Technologist from any recognized Hospital or Institute
- JUNIOR MEDICAL LAB TECHNOLOGIST :-10 + 2 with Science subjects and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any Government recognized institution with one year relevant experience
- PHARMACIST :-
- (i) 10+2 (Science) with two years Diploma in Pharmacy; and
- (ii) Registration with State Pharmacy Council
- PHYSIOTHERAPIST :-(i) Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized University.
(ii) Two years practical experience in Physiotherapy
from a Government hospital or Private hospital with at least hundred beds - OPERATION THEATER ATTENDANT :-i) 10th class pass from a recognized Board and
ii) Certificate in first Aid from a recognized institute
iii) Minimum six months experience of working in an Operation Theatre of a recognized hospital of minimum 50 beds - NURSING ATTENDANT :-i) Matriculation (10th) or equivalent pass from recognized board and
ii) First aid certificate from Central or State Government recognized institution and
iii) One year experience in hospital work in 50 bedded hospital - OPERATION THEATER ASSISTANT :-10+2 passed in Science with Physics, Chemistry,
Biology and one year experience of working in a minimum fifty bedded hospital - MEDICAL SOCIAL WELFARE OFFICER :-
- (A)(i) Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Sociology from a recognized University or Institute or Degree in any discipline with at least one year duration diploma in Social Work from a recognized University or Institute; and
- (ii) Two years’ experience in the field of medical social work in Government recognized hospital or institution.
Or - (B) (i) Master’s Degree in Social Work or Sociology from recognized University or institute; and
- (ii) One year experience in the field of medical social work in Government recognized hospital or institution
- MEDICAL RECORD TECHNICIAN :-
- 1. 12th Standard pass from a recognized Board;
- 2. Training as Medical Record Technician for six months from an institute recognized by the
government of India or any other recognized body - OPTOMETRIST :-Degree in Optometry (four years duration) from a recognized University
- OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST :-
- (i) Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized University or Institute; and
(ii) Two year experience as Occupational Therapist in a govt. hospital or institute. - X-RAY TECHNICIAN :-
- a) Matriculation or its equivalent qualification from recognized board
- (b) Diploma (2years course) in Radiography with one year experience
or - Diploma/certificate (one year course) with two years experience
- OPERATION THEATER TECHNICIAN :-
- i) 12th pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized Board.
- ii) One year Diploma or Certificate Course from recognized Board, Institution or University.
- iii) One year experience of working in Operation Theatre in a minimum fifty bedded hospital.
- TECHNICIAN (URODYNAMIC STUDIES) :-Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technologist from a recognized Board or Institute with six months experience as Laboratory Technician from Government recognized Hospital or Institute.
- SENIOR CARDIAC TECHNICIAN :-10+2 in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Biology
from a recognized Board or University and Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from an All India Council for Technical Education recognized University/Institute and Five years’ experience of handling cardiac equipment like 12 channels electrocardiography, Cardiac monitory, Echo, Defibrillator, TMT and Holter machine in a minimum 20 beds hospital in Medicine or Cardiology - JUNIOR CARDIAC TECHNICIAN :-10+2 pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized Board or University and Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from an All India Council for Technical Education recognized University/Institute and Two years’ experience of handling cardiac equipment like 12 channel ECG, Cardiac monitor, Echo, Defibrillator, TMT and Holter machine in a minimum beds in Medicine or Cardiology
- TECHNICIAN (E.C.T) :-Bachelor Degree in Physics from a recognized university.
