HP High Court Vacancy 2025 : Education Qualification

Personal Assistant/Judgment Writer :-
Graduation from a recognized University with experience of Eight (8) years either as Stenographer, Judgment Writer, Junior Scale Stenographer or Steno Typist in any reputed organisation including any government department /agency.

Clerk/Proof Readers :-

Graduation from a recognized University with
experience of Eight (8) years either as Stenographer, Judgment Writer, Junior Scale Stenographer or Steno Typist in any reputed organisation including any government department /agency

Driver :-

The candidates must have passed Matriculation from a recognised board.
The candidates must possess a valid Driving Licence to drive the Light Motor Vehicles (LMV) or Medium or Heavy Vehicles with experience of at least three (3) years to drive the Light Motor Vehicles or Medium or Heavy Vehicles.
Screening Test, Proficiency (Driving) Test, and Interview as per R&P Rules, 2015.
Recruitment on the basis of competitive examination as per Schedule-IV (Part-O) of the R&P Rules, 2015.
The Proficiency (Driving) test of the candidates shall be held, after qualifying the screening test for the post.
Preference shall be given to those candidates having good mechanical knowledge of Automobiles

Mali :-

The candidates must have passed the
Matriculation from a recognized Board.
Three (3) years’ experience in gardening, etc.
The candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio 1:3 for DV as per Rules/criteria mentioned at Instruction No. 30 below.
DV as per Schedule-IV of the R&P Rules, 2015 ibid.
Final merit list shall be drawn on the basis of marks obtained in educational qualification & evaluation

Maximum age limit (UR/EWS) :- 45 years.
Maximum age limit (Reserved categories of HP) :- 50* years.
Maximum age limit (Govt. employees) :- 50* years.

Personal Assistant/Judgment Writer :- Pay Level 12 i.e., Rs. 43,000- 1,36,000/- of the Pay Matrix
Clerk/Proof Readers :-Pay Level 03 i.e., Rs.20,200- 64,000/- of the pay Matrix
Driver :- Pay Level 05 i.e., Rs.21,300-67,800/- of the pay Matrix
Mali :- Pay Level 01 i.e., Rs. 18,000-56,900/- of the pay Matrix
