- Chief Executive Officer :- (i) Master in Business Administrative/PGDM or Equivalent for reputed institutions of India or Abroad and (ii) Graduation in Engineering /From reputed intuition , with at least 6 % marks or equivalent grade point average.
- Chief Finance Officer :- Graduation in any discipline with atleast 60 % marks of equivalent grade point average and member of institute of chartered accountants of India or institute of cost accountants of India or ICA or AICWAI. Preference will be given to those candidates who are also a member of institution of company secretaries of India.
- Company Secretary :-Graduation in any discipline with at least 60 % marks or equivalent grade point average and member of institute of company secretaries of India.
