Reliance Scholarships 2026-27
Every scholarship under this programme traces back to a single promise made in December 2022. On the 90th birth anniversary of Reliance’s Founder-Chairman, Shri Dhirubhai Ambani, Mrs Nita Ambani, Founder and Chairperson of Reliance Foundation, pledged 50,000 scholarships over ten years, a commitment rooted in the belief that a nation’s progress is inseparable from the opportunities it gives its youngest minds. That promise has already reached more than 33,000 students across India, and it continues to grow with every academic year.
Since 2022-2023, Reliance Foundation has been supporting 5,100 students annually, including 5,000 meritorious undergraduate students from underprivileged sections of society studying any stream of their choice through the Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships, and 100 of India’s brightest postgraduate students, studying eligible subjects in select future-ready courses from Engineering, Technology, Energy & Life Sciences through the Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships.

Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships 2026-27 :-
- Up to INR 2,00,000 over the duration of the degree programme.
Note: Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships will go beyond financial support by providing students with networking opportunities through a strong alumni network.
Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships 2026-27 :-
- Up to INR 6,00,000 over the duration of the degree programme.
Note: Scholars will also benefit from additional engagement and development activities, including the opportunity to attend talks and workshops with leading global experts, apply for mentoring and internships, take part in volunteering opportunities, and join a strong alumni network. Reliance Foundation Scholarship 2026 : Eligibility
Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships 2026-27 :
- Be a resident Indian citizen.
- Have a minimum of 60% marks in Class 12 board exams.
- Currently be enrolled in the 1st year (academic year 2026-27) of a regular, full-time degree course, in any stream
- Belong to a household with an income of less than Rs. 15 Lakhs
- Complete the mandatory Aptitude Test
The following students are not eligible:
- Students who are in the 2nd year or higher (have started their courses from academic year 2025-26 or before)
- Students pursuing their degree through online, hybrid, remote, distance, or any other non-regular mode
- Students who have passed a diploma after Std. 10th
- Students pursuing 2-year and 6-year undergraduate degree courses
- Students who do not attempt the mandatory aptitude test, or are found cheating during the test
Reliance Foundation Postgraduate Scholarships 2026-27 :-
- An applicant must:
- Be a resident Indian citizen
- First-year PG students who have a GATE score between 550 and 1,000 OR an undergraduate CGPA of 7.5 or above (or percentage normalised to CGPA).
- Eligible degree programmes: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics & Computing, Electrical/or Electronics Engg., Chemical Engg., Mechanical Engg., Renewable & New Energy, Material, Science & Engg. and Life Sciences. Click here for the full list.
