Indian Coast Guard Vacancy 2024 : Education Qualification

Sarang Lascar :-

(i) Matriculation or equivalent.
(ii) Certificate for competency as Sarang from a Government recognized Institute or equivalent.

Lascar :-

(i) Matriculation or equivalent.
(ii) Three year experience in service on boat.

Draughtsman :-

Diploma in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical or Marin Engineering or Navale Architecture and ship construction from a recognized university or institution or certificate in Draughtsman ship in any or the above said disciplines from an industrial training institute.

MTD (OG) :-

(i) 10th Standard pass.
(ii) Must possess valid driving license for both heavy and light motor vehicles.
(iii) Knowledge of Motor Mechanism (should be able to remove minor defects in vehicles)

MT Fitter :-

(i) Matriculation or equivalent.
(ii) Two years’ experience in automobile workshop.

Rigger :-

(i) Matriculation or equivalent .
(ii) Should qualify trade entrance examination.
(iii) Should have successfully completed apprenticeship from a recognized /reputed workshop in the relevant trade under Apprenticeship Act 1961 or under any other recognized Apprenticeship scheme.
OR
Should have completed training course in the relevant trade from an ITI recognized for this purpose and have 01 years trade experience,
OR
04 year experience in the trade for which no training is available in the industrial Training institution or other recognized institutions.

Indian Coast Guard Vacancy 2024 : Age Limit

Minimum age limit :- 18 years.
Maximum age limit :- 25/27/30 years. (Post Wise)
