• 12th class from recognized board or university.
• English typing @35 w.p.m. on computer .Hindi typing @30 w.p.m. on computer.

• Civilian Motor driver :-
• Matriculation or equivalent from recognized board or university.
• Must possess the civilin driving licence for heavy vehicles and have two years experience of driving such vehicles.
•  Civilian Technical Instructor :-
• Bsc. with physics or equivalent.
• Must possess with previous teaching experince.

•  Steno Grade II :-
• 12th class from recgnized board of university.
• Skill test form :- Dictation :- 10 Minutes @ 82 w.p.m. 
• Transcription :- 50 Minutes (Eng) or 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer.
