• Company Secretary :- S/he should be a graduate in any discipline and shall have a valid membership of institute of company secretaries of India should posses 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Manager (Finance) :-S/he should be a qualified chartered accountant with post-qualification experience of minimum 3 years.
• R & R & Environment Manager :- Post graduate degree in environmental science /engineering having relevant experience of not less than 3 years in Govt. Department /PSU.

• Accountant Retired from the office of the Accountant General/Auditor General/PSUs/State Government having knowledge of Microsoft office/taxation and taxation related matters. OR 
• Graduate in any discipline and CA(Inter) with relevant experience of not less than 3 years in Govt. Department/PSU.

• Assistant retired from Bihar secretariat service having knowledge of Microsoft office. OR 
• Graduate in any discipline and diploma in computer application having relevant experience of not less than 3 years of Govt. Department/PSU.
• Appointment of advisor (Advisor) :- S/he should be retired from the service of central government / state government not below the rank of the deputy director . the applicant must possess post graduate degree in applied geology from any reputed university of institution and have experience of not less than 20 years in exploration and investigation of major mineral.
