Bihar Education Department Vacancy 2025 : Education Qualification

Higher Education Policy Expert(Academic) :-

Master’s degree in sciences/ social sciences/policy studies/Education with at least 60 % marks.
Post qualification work experience in working as a consultant in any of the social sector for a minimum period of 5 years.
Experience in preparing plan document and in implementation of plan.
Preference will be given to those with age below 40 years and experience in Higher Education

Procurement Expert :-

MBA/PGDM at least 60 % marks.
Financial Management Candidates will be Preferred.
Minimum 2 years work experience in the relevant field.
Proficiency in use of E-Proc and Gem Portal

Technical Consultant (Civil) :-

B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech. in Civil engineering at least 60 % marks.
GATE Qualified Candidates will be Preferred
Minimum 2 years work experience (Desirable) in civil engineering and roles that involve management of construction projects.

Junior Technical Consultant (Civil) :-

Diploma in Civil engineering at least 60% marks.
Minimum 2 years work experience (Desirable) in civil engineering and roles that involve management of construction projects.

Accountant :-

CA (Intermediate)/B. Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance).
Proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with efiling systems.
Work Experience in any of Govt./Social Sector for a minimum of 2 year.

Assistant :-

Bachelor’s Degree in any Stream.
Proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with efiling systems
